Dawnroute runs a food distribution day from start to finish: what the kitchen made, what each van carries, what every shop bought and what came back. It keeps working where the phone has no signal.

The kitchen writes it down once.
Each batch goes in as it comes off the tawa. From then on every porotta is tracked: made, then issued to a van, then sold or brought back. Nobody counts them twice.

Count what came back as good or damaged, and the cash in hand. Dawnroute already knows what to expect, so anything missing shows up straight away. Good returns go back into kitchen stock when the day is approved.

Pick any date range and see where the money and the stock went. Export to CSV for the accountant.
06 Under the hood
Built for a kitchen, not a data centre.
The hub is a single file. Copy it to the old Windows PC in the corner and open it. Phones on the same WiFi use it straight away, and the shop counter keeps working if the internet goes down.
- Offline first. A sale goes to the phone's outbox before anywhere else. Each push has its own ID, so a retry can never count a sale twice.
- Arabic and English. Switch the language and the whole layout mirrors to right-to-left. Numbers stay in Latin digits.
- Gulf-ready money. Every amount is stored in whole minor units, including 3-decimal currencies like KWD, BHD and OMR, with VAT set per product.
- Ready for more than one business. Every row carries a tenant ID, from the first table onwards.
